RETURNS POLICY – MIA THE LABEL

We hope you love your purchase from MIA THE LABEL. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Free of perfume, stains, makeup, or damage

  • Briefs and lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear

Returns not meeting these conditions may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


How to Start a Return

All returns must be registered through our Returns Portal:

Please note:

  • Returns must be registered within 28 days of delivery

  • Each order must be returned separately

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect

If you prefer, you may organize your own return shipping, but we recommend using a tracked service. MIA THE LABEL is not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for the same product only, subject to availability.

  • Submit your exchange request through the Returns Portal.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, your return will be refunded automatically.

  • For a different product or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Hosiery

  • Lingerie accessories (harness, collars)

  • Earrings or jewelry

  • Beauty products and perfume


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our support team before returning:

We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment warehouses in:

Estimated delivery times: 4–12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information and an ETA once your order is collected by the courier.
